For a limited time, I’m opening only five spaces for custom 8×10 charcoal pet portraits. Each portrait is carefully drawn by hand to capture the personality, expression, and presence of the animal you love.
Your custom portrait includes:
One pet
Original 8×10 charcoal artwork
Moderate detail
A simple white or softly shaded background
Protective packaging
Progress updates throughout the drawing process
The $75 paid through this listing is a nonrefundable deposit that reserves your portrait space. The remaining $75 balance will be invoiced when your artwork is complete and approved. Your finished portrait will be shipped after the final balance has been paid.
Shipping and applicable sales tax are calculated separately. Shipping will be charged only once when you reserve your portrait and will cover delivery of the completed artwork. No additional shipping charge will be added to your final balance.
Newsletter subscribers receive $15 off the total portrait price using the private discount code provided by email.
After reserving your space, please email a clear, full-resolution reference photograph to hello@thesolacequill.com. Include your name, your pet’s name, and your order number in the subject line. Clear, well-lit photographs showing your pet’s face and important details will produce the best results.
Portraits are completed in the order reservations and approved reference photographs are received. Each portrait generally takes approximately 2–3 weeks to complete once work begins. Your start and completion dates will depend on your place in the booking queue and my current workload. You will receive an estimated timeline after your reference photograph has been reviewed and approved.
Please note that substantial changes requested after the drawing has begun may require an additional fee.
Regular portrait price: $150, plus applicable sales tax and shipping
Newsletter subscriber price: $135, plus applicable sales tax and shipping
Deposit due today: $75, plus applicable sales tax and one-time shipping
Remaining artwork balance: $75, plus any applicable sales tax
