Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on original artwork, prints, or subscription items.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

• For prints, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

• For original artwork, replacements are not available due to the one-of-a-kind nature of each piece. However, we will work with you to find a fair resolution.

All original paintings are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replicated or replaced.

Because of this, all original artwork sales are final.

Please note that minor variations, textures, and brushstrokes are part of the handmade nature of original artwork and are not considered defects.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account.

Cancellations apply to future billing cycles only and do not affect orders that have already been processed or shipped.
